Participation Eligibility
Access to KY AEPA cooperative contracts is available to eligible organizations as defined under applicable Kentucky statutes and program guidelines. Organizations that are not Kentucky public educational institutions may be required to complete a Participation Agreement before accessing certain contract benefits. Submission of a Participation Agreement does not guarantee participation eligibility.
