Job Posting: AEPA Director of Solicitations
AEPA (Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies) is hiring a Director of Solicitations to lead their cooperative purchasing process nationwide. This is a great opportunity for someone with a procurement background who wants to make a real impact on how schools, government, and nonprofits access competitively-priced goods and services.
Opportunity
The Role
You'll own the full solicitation lifecycle — designing and running the bid process, working closely with the Executive Director and Solicitation Committee, keeping AEPA compliant with procurement regulations, and helping onboard new vendors each cycle.
- Pay: $80,000–$110,000/year, salaried
- Location: Fully remote (with occasional travel for board/committee meetings, expenses reimbursed)
- Schedule: Full-time, 15 PTO days + 10 sick days + 11 holidays
